A Little Words

About Me

CEO | Case Manager | Entrepreneur

I am Homa, a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in immigration services, legal case management, and entrepreneurial ventures. I currently lead Safeway Immigration Group as its CEO, where I help individuals navigate complex immigration systems with accessibility and efficiency. Alongside this, I serve as a Case Manager in the Newcomers Department at YMCA Greater Vancouver, supporting immigrants and refugees as they settle into Canadian society by connecting them to essential resources and services.

My entrepreneurial spirit drives me to explore diverse ventures, including running a local bakery that blends Eastern flavors with heartfelt creativity and managing an innovative online platform that simplifies will creation, contract drafting, and corporate registration for Canadians.

Through my work, I aim to empower individuals and communities by delivering practical solutions, fostering inclusivity, and promoting fairness. My dedication to continuous learning and strategic collaboration fuels my commitment to creating meaningful change.

My commitment to justice is also reflected in my authorship of Crime and Criminology, a published work that highlights my passion for legal reform and systemic improvement.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Canadian Common Law at York University’s OsgoodePD, building on my academic foundation in Judicial Law from the University of Applied Science and Technology in Iran. I also hold a Diploma in Immigration Consultation, along with an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Azad Islamic University, which enhances my analytical skills and technological expertise. I bring strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills to navigating complex cases, always maintaining a compassionate and client-focused approach.

In addition to my expertise, I hold certifications as an Authorized Insurance Agent (Iran, 2013), Situational Awareness and Verbal De-escalation Awareness Training for Contractors and Service Providers, Suicide First Aid, and Safe Choice Service Provider Training to Support LGBTQ Communities.
